Of course loads of Americans cross the border into Mexico all year long to enjoy all of the amazing things our neighboring country has to offer: the gracious Mexican people, the stunning natural beauty, the surf breaks, the food!! It's truly a wonderland. But I'm here to tell you that experiencing the adventure with Manny as your guide takes it to the next level! A van full of surf ladies, escorted by our amiable host, set off on Friday afternoon for our Epic journey. We were late getting into Puerto Nuevo for our lobster dinner, but our night was saved by a quick phone call to the owner of Manny's favorite lobster spot. The restaurant had closed, but opened up for us. An incredible lobster feast was served, we ate until we almost burst, and were beyond thankful to the hosts and Manny both. This was our first glimpse into the magic of having him with us. His relationships with the locals, built on respect and gratitude, is the special sauce. We experienced it at every turn. At Hortencia's K38 burrito stand, Manny was greeted with hugs. At the surf spot... more hugs. What an amazing weekend getaway with my amazing mom friends...from lobster to surf to tacos to wine tasting (Xaroma was the best!) to more surf, the weekend was a perfect treat! Manny catered to the group's surf abilities and found the right waves for our crew. The food was always amazing, he knows the local sweet spots for food and everywhere we went they seemed to know him and were genuinely happy to see Manny. The weekend was relaxing with no decisions to make and a fun time every place we went...I would have loved an extra day or two just to fit more in! Thank you Manny for an amazing Mother's Day weekend with my friends.

This is probably my 6th Baja Weekender with Manny V. My stoke for Baja just keeps growing after each trip. Manny always makes sure you are well fed and have surfed your brains out. Not only is the entire experience epic but afterwards you get access to all your photos and videos he captured of you surfing. You can laugh at all your wipeouts, remember those good waves and good times you had. This trip is for any level of surfer who is looking to have that amazing Baja experience. Thanks Manny :)

Just completed the BAJA WEEKENDER. Manny is the best surfer guide, best food guide and best winery guide. He knows everyone around. All the places we went to had the nicest people and the greatest service. We were a group of beginner surfers and Manny took us to the most chill and uncrowded surf spots. Plus, the photos are legendary!

My group did the Baja Weekender and we all had a blast! Waves were great and uncrowded. Manny is a great surfer/photographer and had really helpful tips which I really appreciated. The food on the trip was awesome! And we got to see a lot of cool local spots. Manny knows the people and the area really well, so it all was really safe and easy. Stoked. We will definitely be doing another trip with Epic Surf Tours.

I seriously could not have asked for a better trip. This truly felt like an authentic Mexican surf experience. You're not at some fancy big surf school. You're not at some crowded public beach. You're in a private beach house overlooking your own secret surf spot. Manny was not only super chill and super welcoming, but he's been making this trip for years, and he knows the area and many of the locals from the surrounding communities. So you really feel like you're getting to experience a real slice of Mexico. I could write on and on about the trip, but I'll just end it by saying it was an experience I'll remember forever, and I definitely plan on doing it again. #DoEpicShit

What a way to spend a weekend! This was my second BajaWeekender surf trip with Manny - and somehow it topped the first time. This weekend was truly a get away for me - leaving it all behind and signing up for the trip solo - Manny provided exactly what I needed! No need to worry about anything - he provides a great agenda that caters to the entire groups' desires all while keeping a smile on everyone's face. He knows where to find the best tacos, the best lobster, the best breakfast burritos...but the best part is the secret surf spot he took us to - just a few friendly locals and SoCal friends alike enjoy the empty lineup! Thank you Manny - I've made some great friends on each of my trips and memories that will last forever! Gracias amigo!

Manny knows what he is doing! Our trip was seamless from start to finish and was so much fun. Manny has a way of keeping things moving while also not making anyone feel pressured on time and letting the group go with the flow. He knows Mexico - and the places he leads tours - like the back of his hand. We felt safe the whole time and had such a blast. I highly recommend doing a tour with Manny. It'll be one of the best trips of your life!
