Manny is an expert surf guide. He knows Baja well and was able to find us fun, uncrowded breaks despite finicky weather, different abilities of the group, and it being a holiday weekend. Having Manny as your guide means you’re spending more time actually surfing and less time figuring out which spot to choose, where to paddle out, and where to sit. At the end of the day, reviewing Mannys drone footage on day 1 also helped me catch 10x more waves by day 3.
When we weren’t surfing, we were exploring the area and eating amazing food. Manny is a gem and every local we ran into seemed to adore him - probably because he’s so respectful and generous.
