Captain Manny V Safely Shows You The Epic Side Of Baja

Of course loads of Americans cross the border into Mexico all year long to enjoy all of the amazing things our neighboring country has to offer: the gracious Mexican people, the stunning natural beauty, the surf breaks, the food!! It's truly a wonderland. But I'm here to tell you that experiencing the adventure with Manny as your guide takes it to the next level! A van full of surf ladies, escorted by our amiable host, set off on Friday afternoon for our Epic journey. We were late getting into Puerto Nuevo for our lobster dinner, but our night was saved by a quick phone call to the owner of Manny's favorite lobster spot. The restaurant had closed, but opened up for us. An incredible lobster feast was served, we ate until we almost burst, and were beyond thankful to the hosts and Manny both. This was our first glimpse into the magic of having him with us. His relationships with the locals, built on respect and gratitude, is the special sauce. We experienced it at every turn. I have been on this trip probably 4 times now and I can say that IT NEVER GETS OLD! Manny is truly the very best at what he does. When you go to Baja with Manny you'll find empty surf, bomb ass food, and meet great friends along the way. More importantly it's SAFE! Manny's decades of experience traveling in Baja shows. You can feel free to enjoy your time because Manny has got you covered. Oh, last BIG bonus - Manny is an excellent photographer so you'll walk away with your memories documented and a full album of photos!! Thanks Manny!! So many waves, so many memories. What a way to spend a weekend! This was my second BajaWeekender surf trip with Manny - and somehow it topped the first time. This weekend was truly a get away for me - leaving it all behind and signing up for the trip solo - Manny provided exactly what I needed! No need to worry about anything - he provides a great agenda that caters to the entire groups' desires all while keeping a smile on everyone's face. He knows where to find the best tacos, the best lobster, the best breakfast burritos...but the best part is the secret surf spot he took us to - just a few friendly locals and SoCal friends alike enjoy the empty lineup! Epic Surf Tours is by far one of the best surf tour companies I have gone to. I loved everything about this trip including the food, accommodations, and most importantly Manny who was amazing. Manny made sure everyone was comfortable and had everything we needed for this adventure. Manny has such a passion for his company and his love of the ocean that I highly recommend this trip. 10/10 Experience. Manny is the best guide I ever had! He took us to all the best food places and more importantly he showed off his 40 years of surf knowledge. I had the best time chasing the swell in Baja with my homies and new friend Manny. Can’t wait to do it again! Highly recommend this trip to everyone. I just did my third Baja Weekender and it just keeps getting better. From delicious pre-surf burritos to empty waves... this trip is great for any level of surfer who wants an authentic Baja experience! Manny V has EVERYTHING dialed in! I initially had reservations about traveling across the border for just the weekend and the time it might take for logistics and the border crossings. Manny is such a pro that he has everything absolutely nailed down. There were no issues whatsoever and the trip was incredible easy and extremely well planned out. Manny knows all of the local breaks and knows what will be working best for any given conditions. He also knows exactly where to go for supplies, the best restaurants to go to and how to navigate everything with ease. The place we stayed was right over a terrific break, had great views and worked very well for our party. He takes great videos and pics for all of the surf sessions. The only thing I would have wished for was bigger surf!

This trip is exactly what I needed!! No stress, no worries, Manny's got you covered. All I did was surf and eat my brains out!!! Manny has this trip soo dialed in I didn't even have to look at a menu. "What's for lunch Manny?" Lol... His years of making connections with the locals, partnerships with restaurants and housing, and the length he goes to make sure you enjoy yourself are extremely impressive. Everyone knows him and treats us like kings and queens. He knows all the best surf spots and his photos and videos are awesome. The house is beautiful!!! Everything you can want. Pool, check, Jacuzzi, check, and soo much more. He's great at breaking the ice and making people on the trip who just met feel like old friends. As soon as I came home I started booking the next trip!!

My group did the Baja Weekender and we all had a blast! Waves were great and uncrowded. Manny is a great surfer/photographer and had really helpful tips which I really appreciated. The food on the trip was awesome! And we got to see a lot of cool local spots. Manny knows the people and the area really well, so it all was really safe and easy. Stoked. We will definitely be doing another trip with Epic Surf Tours.

Good gosh...could we have had a better time? Everything was planned and executed to a "T". Manny took care of everything... from getting us safely down to Mexico with the least effort on our part, keeping us well fed, taking us to the best surf spots, filming, droning and photographing our every wave, providing sightseeing and shopping excursions, and just being an overall excellent tour guide. He is so knowledgeable about the area. I hadn't been to Mexico in years and am now ready to go back tomorrow! Manny is the consummate professional. I wish I had more words to describe and convey what a great time I, as well as the rest of the crew, had. Will definitely book another trip as soon as I can! Thanks again Manny!! You're the best!!
