Excellent Trip! If you always wanted to surf Baja but don't know where to start, this would be the way to go. Manny knows his stuff on water and on land. He knows his way around and knows the great local spots. Safety was never a concern. It was more like renting a beach house with friends, very relaxed and comfortable atmosphere. I definitely plan to make it a regular thing.

Of course loads of Americans cross the border into Mexico all year long to enjoy all of the amazing things our neighboring country has to offer: the gracious Mexican people, the stunning natural beauty, the surf breaks, the food!! It's truly a wonderland. But I'm here to tell you that experiencing the adventure with Manny as your guide takes it to the next level! A van full of surf ladies, escorted by our amiable host, set off on Friday afternoon for our Epic journey. We were late getting into Puerto Nuevo for our lobster dinner, but our night was saved by a quick phone call to the owner of Manny's favorite lobster spot. The restaurant had closed, but opened up for us. An incredible lobster feast was served, we ate until we almost burst, and were beyond thankful to the hosts and Manny both. This was our first glimpse into the magic of having him with us. His relationships with the locals, built on respect and gratitude, is the special sauce. We experienced it at every turn. This was my first surf trip to Baja and Manny set the bars high for future trips! Manny's expertise of the surf breaks, best food spots and more made it a memorable experience. The accommodations that we were provided were amazing and would definitely stay there again! If you like to have waves all to yourself, eat delicious food, and have a personal photographer then this trip is for you. Can’t wait to go back! Thanks Manny!

This was my second trip to Baja with Manny and I had an amazing time! Epic Surf Tours is now, officially, above and beyond. I mean...not that the first trip wasn’t a blast (because it was), but with the new digs, new car, and new adventures, it’s now freakin EPIC! I love that it’s truly a surf trip and Manny makes sure that surf is the top priority. I was fed beyond well, surfed my brains out, and I never felt unsafe. Plus, you get like a Bazillion photos of yourself at the end. I can’t wait to go again!

My group did the Baja Weekender and we all had a blast! Waves were great and uncrowded. Manny is a great surfer/photographer and had really helpful tips which I really appreciated. The food on the trip was awesome! And we got to see a lot of cool local spots. Manny knows the people and the area really well, so it all was really safe and easy. Stoked. We will definitely be doing another trip with Epic Surf Tours.

You can feel free to enjoy your time because Manny has got you covered. What an amazing weekend getaway with my amazing mom friends...from lobster to surf to tacos to wine tasting (Xaroma was the best!) to more surf, the weekend was a perfect treat! Manny catered to the group's surf abilities and found the right waves for our crew. The food was always amazing, he knows the local sweet spots for food and everywhere we went they seemed to know him and were genuinely happy to see Manny. The weekend was relaxing with no decisions to make and a fun time every place we went...I would have loved an extra day or two just to fit more in! Did the Baja weekender with Epic Surf Tours which was full of tasty food and tasty waves. Manny is an expert surf guide. He knows Baja well and was able to find us fun, uncrowded breaks despite finicky weather, different abilities of the group, and it being a holiday weekend. Having Manny as your guide means you’re spending more time actually surfing and less time figuring out which spot to choose, where to paddle out, and where to sit. At the end of the day, reviewing Mannys drone footage on day 1 also helped me catch 10x more waves by day 3. When we weren’t surfing, we were exploring the area and eating amazing food. Manny is a gem and every local we ran into seemed to adore him - probably because he’s so respectful and generous. Epic surf tours is an ethical and authentic surf vacation, where you can show up with your boards and let an expert plan the rest.
